Refund policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange if products come damaged.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a tracking number for the replacement once it has been made.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our small business we cannot accept returns.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds as we are a small business who live off each order made and cannot afford to do refunds, however we do offer exchanges, if your product comes damaged, send us an photo and we are happy to swap it with an undamaged product.
